"We have an innate desire to endlessly learn, grow, and develop. We want to become more than what we already are. Once we yield to this inclination for continuous and never-ending improvement, we lead a life of endless accomplishment and satisfaction."
- Chuck Gallozzi
Our mission is to become the global leader in the outsourced sales and marketing industry by taking a genuine and passionate interest in the growth of our people and our clients.
We will continue to expand and increase our influence on the domestic and international stage, while constantly developing our leadership roles in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
Through our vision, our competitive drive to be the best, and our unrelenting work ethic, we will make our positive mark on the world by making a positive mark in the lives of every individual or organization we come in contact with.
Dream big dreams, for only big dreams have the power to move mens souls.
-Marcus Aurelius
Thus far in 2011 The SoCal Group, has expanded into the Los Angeles and San Francisco markets, adding to our Orange County and Salt Lake City locations. Our current clients have given us the green light to expand into all other major West Coast markets as soon as possible, as well as bolstering our existing campaigns in our current locations. By 2014 our goals are to have 12 offices opened on the West Coast, with a strong enough domestic base to allow us to expand into Western Europe. Prospective European markets include London, Copenhegen, Berlin, Amsterdam, Munich, Barcelona, Madrid, and Vienna. By 2020 we plan to be firmly established throughout the United States, Europe, India, China, Korea, Japan, Central and South America, and Australia.
From a business development standpoint, we are excited about the near rollout of three new campaigns in three emerging new industries. We are currently running test pilots with a VOIP, solar, and social media client, all of which are projected to be in the top five fastest growing industries over the next decade.
Long term, we are looking to have a footprint in every major international market as the premiere outsourced sales and marketing company in the world, representing a diverse range of clients in cutting edge industries. Along the way we will take our heart of service into the non-profit sector, establishing self-sustaining international non-profit businesses that measure success through social impact rather than profit and loss margins.
Today’'s business climate, more than ever before, is constantly changing and evolving. Development in technologies, communication, globalization, consumer demand, and products entering the market, have forced companies to drastically alter the way they do business in order to stay competitive. While industry leaders look to innovate, streamline, and constantly stay ahead of the curve, the one thing that has never changed for them is their pursuit of the ultimate bottom line in business: to increase market share and expand industry presence.
The clients we represent are some of the largest and best known in their respective industries, and they have proven for decades their ability to stay ahead of the competition. While they continue to specialize in their products and services, our clients have come to us for our ability to market and deliver these products and services to the small and medium sized business world. By specializing in face-to-face, one-on-one direct contact, our account executives are able to build personal relationships with each customer, allowing us to consult their business needs, and ultimately show them how our client’s products and services are going to be a benefit to their business.
What makes our face-to-face specialization so attractive to our clients is our 100% guaranteed return on investment. Unlike typical advertising and marketing campaigns that have huge upfront costs but very uncertain and often immeasurable returns, we guarantee that every dollar spent is directly correlated to the acquisition of a new business account. If we do not perform, our clients lose nothing. When we do perform, our clients gain thousands of new business customers and millions of dollars in new revenue.
We are able to make this guarantee in every business market across the U.S. and around the world, where the small to medium sized target market we focus on makes up ninety five percent of all business worldwide. What this means for us and our clients is unlimited growth potential. Due to our ability to perform, our clients have asked us to expand into every major market up the west coast, before opening up markets across the U.S. and then internationally into Western European and Asian markets.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND EDUCATION THROUGH THE SOCAL GROUP, INC.
We pride ourselves on our fun yet competitive culture based on integrity, character, and performance. As we continue to expand and diversify into new industries and new markets, we are looking to train and promote entirely from within, with leaders and performers advancing rapidly as we grow. We do not believe in seniority or tenure, but instead contribute much of our success to the drive, energy, and motivation of our people to achieve beyond normal corporate standards. Work ethic, impeccable attitudes, and humble student mentalities are the cornerstones of our organization, and the characteristics that will always be recognized and promoted over all else.
At The SoCal Group, we firmly believe that those who chase money and titles alone will be chasing them their entire lives, to limited avail. On the other hand, those who seek constant personal and professional growth will find not only that, but also fulfillment and success in all other areas of life.
John Wooden, the legendary coach of the UCLA Bruin basketball team, led the program to unprecedented success with a 620-147 record and 10 NCAA championships in his 27-year coaching career. While he remains the most successful athletic coach of all time, his real legacy lies in the impact he made on the players he coached and the lives he touched.
Far more than the wins, losses, or titles, Wooden's players look back on the years they spent under their coach as the most educational and formative years of their lives. They will tell you that instead of simply learning how to win, they learned to become better family men, better fathers and husbands, developed better characters, became more involved in their communities, and developed many of the traits that have led them to successful, well-rounded lives.
Just as not every player continued with UCLA, coach Wooden, or went on to NBA stardom, we understand that not every employee at The SoCal Group will continue with us forever either. We do make it our mission however, that whether an individual is with us for 12 weeks, 12 months or 12 years, the experience, the growth, the education, the relationships, and the character they will develop while here will be remembered in the same light as Woodens players remember their time at UCLA.
"We will make a positive mark on the world by making a positive mark in the lives of every individual or organization we come in contact with."

As The SoCal Group continues to expand our business and our reach, our aim is to develop a spirit of Social Entrepreneurship within our management team and our organization. A social entrepreneur identifies and solves social problems on a large scale. Just as business entrepreneurs create and transform whole industries, social entrepreneurs act as the change agents for society, seizing opportunities others miss in order to improve systems, invent and disseminate new approaches and advance sustainable solutions that create social value. Unlike traditional business entrepreneurs, social entrepreneurs primarily seek to generate "social value" rather than profits. And unlike the majority of non-profit organizations, their work is targeted not only towards immediate, small-scale effects, but sweeping, long-term change.
- Philosophy
o Service and giving back to community and non-profit organizations are a
cornerstone of our leadership and entrepreneurial management program, and
are a requirement of all managers within The SoCal Group'’s organization.
"The companies that survive longest are the ones that work out what they
uniquely can give to the world —not just growth or money but their excellence,
their respect for others, or their ability to make people happy. Some call those
things a soul."
-Charles Handy
- Development Focus
o Effectively establish relationships with organizations within a given market
or community
- Plan, organize, and implement company events
